Wyvil After School Care PROVISION
We are pleased to offer Wyvil After School Care Provision, providing a safe, fun and supportive environment for children from the end of the school day until 5.50 pm, Monday to Friday.
Our provision offers a balance of learning, play and wellbeing activities, including:

Enthusiastic, experienced staff
Children are encouraged to learn, play and grow in a positive and welcoming space supported by practitioners who are fully qualified and enhanced DBS checked.
Bookings can be made online via MCAS app (My Child at School)..
Please note that from Monday 1 December 2025, the price for each session will be £15.

Booking
Places for After School Care can be booked on a daily basis via the MCAS app. This gives parents and carers the flexibility to select the days that best suit their schedule. Please make sure to book in advance to secure a place, as spaces may be limited.

- Click on the PRODUCTS tab
- Choose AFTER SCHOOL CARE PROVISION you require
- Follow the prompts to make payment

PLEASE NOTE:
To ensure the safety and supervision of all children, we maintain a specific adult-to-child ratio in our After School Care Provision. As staffing is scheduled based on bookings, if cancellations are necessary, they must be made by 3:30 p.m. on the Friday before the scheduled session.
Cancellations or changes requested after this time will not be honoured and we cannot offer refunds or transfers for missed sessions.
